Terms and Conditions:

  • A minimum of one weeks notice is required.
  • Exact dates are required when suspending and cannot be back dated.
  • The membership will restart automatically after the suspension period has finished.
  • Suspensions will not be valid without proof of request.
  • Please print a copy of the suspension receipt and email to The suspension request will only be confirmed when a Victoria Avenue representative has approved via email.

Direct Debit Membership Holders:

Membership can be suspended at no charge for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.

  • An administration fee of 33c per day is applicable thereafter. Direct debit members will automatically be charged via monthly debit for any suspension time longer than 4 weeks.
  • Any outstanding monies due to early re-activation will automatically be added to your next monthly payment.

Paid in Full/Term Membership Holders:

  • Members are entitled to suspend their memberships with no charge for the following time periods: 1 and 3 month membership – not available, 6 month membership = 2 weeks (consecutively), 12 month membership = minimum 2 weeks, maximum 4 weeks.
  • An administration fee of 33c per day is applicable thereafter. This fee is payable on your return to the centre and will remain an outstanding fee until such time. Failure of payment may result in the termination of your access to the Health Club.
  • The total number of days during your suspended period will be added on to the end of your membership.
